To top it off the F580 has a total of 138 built in embroidery designs.

Easy to use needle threading system means less time threading, more time sewing
The thread cutter is used to automatically trim the top and bottom threads. A real time saver.
The needle up/down function is a popular feature and used to position the needle when you stop sewing. Either at the top of the stroke so you can remove your work easily OR have the needle down for easy pivoting.
The auto backtack/lockstitch function is another popular feature that automatically sews 4 reinforcement stitches in straight or zig zag stitches.
The Start/Stop Button gives the option to use the regular foot control OR use this button to start and stop the machine and the on board speed control to regulate the speed.
